Coaching Services Agreement

This Agreement governs coaching services provided by The Communication Gym. By enrolling in any coaching program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Terms of Service.
1. Nature of Coaching Services
Communication coaching is a professional development service designed to help you enhance your communication skills through guidance, feedback, and strategies for improvement.
Important: What Coaching Is NOT
Coaching is NOT:
- Therapy or counseling: Coaching does not address psychological disorders, trauma, or mental health conditions
- Medical treatment: Coaching is not a substitute for medical care or mental health treatment
- Legal, financial, or professional advice: Coaching does not provide advice in these regulated areas
If you are experiencing psychological distress or mental health challenges, please seek assistance from appropriately licensed professionals.
2. AI Coaching Services
Our AI coaching services are delivered through Yoodli, a third-party AI speech coaching platform.
AI Limitations
You acknowledge and understand that:
- AI feedback is generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate
- AI cannot fully understand context, nuance, or cultural factors
- AI coaching supplements but does not replace human judgment
- Technical issues may occasionally affect AI performance
3. Session Data and Privacy
The Communication Gym does not record your coaching sessions. Our AI coaching is delivered through Yoodli, a third-party platform. Any data processing that occurs within the Yoodli platform is governed by Yoodli's own privacy policy and terms of service.

4. Confidentiality
We treat coaching conversations and intake information as confidential. This information is shared only with your assigned coach(es) and relevant team members as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Results Disclaimer
THE COMMUNICATION GYM DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM COACHING SERVICES. Your results depend on your commitment, effort, application of insights, and circumstances beyond anyone's control.
