At The Communication Gym, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy explains when refunds may be granted for purchases made through our Services.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing billing@thecommunicationgym.com.
Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No future charges will be made. Unused portions of the current billing period are not refunded.
3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on our AI coaching subscriptions. If you do the required work for 90 days and still want a refund, we will return 100% of your money without question.
Additional Refund Circumstances
Refunds may also be granted for:
- Technical issues preventing access to services
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Service not delivered as described
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable and are not covered by the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Human coaching sessions — all completed human coaching sessions are non-refundable
- DISC assessments — non-refundable once accessed or completed
- Downloaded digital materials
- Administrative or processing fees
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@thecommunicationgym.com with:
- Your account email
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the request
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
