At The Communication Gym, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy explains when refunds may be granted for purchases made through our Services.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Using your account dashboard
- Emailing billing@thecommunicationgym.com
Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No future charges will be made. Unused portions of the current billing period are not refunded.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing access to services
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Service not delivered as described
- Within applicable satisfaction guarantee periods
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with details of your situation.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- DISC assessments (once accessed or completed)
- Completed coaching sessions
- Downloaded digital materials
- Administrative or processing fees
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@thecommunicationgym.com with:
- Your account email
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the request
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
