At The Communication Gym, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or credits may be granted for purchases made through our Service.
2 · Definitions
- “Digital Content” – online courses, videos, PDFs, and any intangible items.
- “Subscription” – recurring membership providing access to Digital Content.
- “One‑Time Purchase” – non‑recurring payment for Digital Content or services.
3 · 14‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
Eligibility Requirements:
- The request must be submitted by the purchaser of record.
- No more than 20% of the Digital Content has been completed or consumed.
- No prior refunds have been granted on the same account within the last 12 months.
4 · Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges, except as covered by Section 3.
5 · Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion under the following circumstances:
- Service downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours.
- Duplicate transactions resulting from technical errors.
- Unresolved technical issues preventing access to Digital Content.
6 · Non‑Refundable Items
The following items are non‑refundable:
- Completed Digital Content where more than 20% of material is consumed.
- Custom services or consulting hours already rendered.
- Gift cards or promotional credits.
7 · How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please e‑mail support@example.com with your order number, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots or evidence. We will respond within 3 business days.
8 · Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account while the matter is investigated.
9 · Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5‑10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
10 · Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the timeframe above, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at the e‑mail provided in Section 7.
11 · Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for Digital Content. For physical merchandise, exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items within 30 days of purchase.
12 · Cancellation of Live Services
Cancellations of scheduled coaching sessions require 24‑hour notice to be eligible for a refund or credit.
