To reset your password:

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. To enable it:

5. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to verify

To modify your subscription:

3. For upgrades: Select your new plan and confirm
4. For cancellations: Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts

Important:

• Plan changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• Cancellations will stop automatic renewals but you retain access until the period you've paid for ends
• We don't offer prorated refunds for downgrades or cancellations

Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting our business:

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of purchase
• Course purchases: Refund within 7 days if less than 20% completed
• Coaching sessions: 24-hour cancellation notice required for refund
